I had a really smooth experience working with JB Mortgage Group. At closing, even the title company raved about how great they were to work with. My situation is a bit unconventional (I live abroad and am self-employed) but they made it happen and were always approachable! My loan officer was great to work with. Also a special shout out to Josh Hiller who got on the phone with me and explained the preliminary closing disclosure in amazing detail. I really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism and transparency.
